My personal opinion the food is amazing, the drinks are good but the ambience is breathtaking. Its open, fresh, relaxing yet casual and hip. I absolutely LOVE the squid ink risotto and the pancetta vegetariana or the salmon avocado salad if not in the mood for something too heavy.

I love this place! Its good for a meeting, for a date, or for a fun night with the girls!

I was so excited when I found this recipe because chicken pot pie is such a comfort food and it’s great for warming bellies on a cool night. And as you know, the temps can drop fast in the mountains, so it really pays to have something to keep you warm until the sun comes back up.

Speaking of dropping temps, this Dutch Oven Chicken and Wild Rice Soup is the perfect meal for a cool night at the campsite. Serve it with the rustic bread you made earlier.
