We take 1/3 of the dough and spread the dough that will be the base, it must be smaller than the tray in which we will bake it (I baked it in the pan on the stove)
Place in a tray lined with baking paper.
We spread the rest of the dough in a thin sheet that we will cut into squares of about 6x6cm
In each square we add a teaspoon of cream cheese and roll by pressing on the edges.
We place each roll on the edge of the previously prepared countertop.
In the middle we add pizza sauce, corn, pineapple juice, olives, chopped pepper and cheese on top.
Bake until nicely browned.
Caramelized pineapple, with rum and ice cream
A less common dessert, quick and easy to prepare. You only need one pineapple fresh (although I think it could be made with pieces of pineapple from compote, without adding sugar), a few teaspoons of sugar (preferably raw, unrefined sugar or brown sugar), 50 mL of rum and obviously ice cream.
You will first need to peel the pineapple. I explained here how to do it. If the instructions given seem too brief, you have a video tutorial here. There are others, you can find them on youtube.
Cut the peeled pineapple into cubes, about 2 - 2.5 cm.
Heat a non-stick pan (Teflon or ceramic coating) and put the pineapple pieces in it.
Add the sugar and stir until the sugar melts and the pineapple absorbs it completely.
Add the rum (be careful not to self-ignite it would be good to take the pan off the flame when performing this operation) and heat again until almost all the liquid in the pan disappears.
Allow to cool slightly and serve the pineapple pieces with ice cream on top. The combination of caramelized pineapple with pistachio ice cream and pieces of chocolate proved to be inspiring.

- 150 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- 2 tablespoons rum
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 boxes of pineapple slices
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- Soya milk
Mix the sugar, rum, oil, vanilla sugar until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add melted margarine, flour and baking powder.
Gradually add soy milk until a dough is obtained. Pass the pineapple until a puree is obtained and add to the above mixture. The above composition is poured into a round tray and put in the oven for an hour.
Fried pineapple with ice cream and crispy topping
Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into four thick slices. Melt the butter in a pan. Pineapple slices are fried in butter and sprinkled with honey. They are fried, always turning them from side to side.
Pineapple slices are placed on dessert plates or on a large dessert platter. Arrange the vanilla ice cream next to the pineapple slices, sprinkle with crispy muesli and serve immediately.

Chicken with pineapple
This recipe could be called almost anything else. I improvised it last night, struck by the lust of a food that was at the same time sweet, salty, hot. & icircn all kinds. And that came out :)
- 500 gr chicken breast
- 5 cloves green onions
- 1 can of pineapple compote (I know, it was good raw pineapple, but I didn't find it)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 4 white potatoes
- 4 sweet potatoes
- salt, pepper, olive oil
I peeled the potatoes (the sweet ones generally do not peel, cut them), cut them into quarters, put them in a tray, sprinkled them with olive oil, put a cup of water and gave them to oven.
I cut the chicken breast into cubes, fried it (using the stir-fry method I told you about yesterday) and mixed it intensely until it browned. Then I added finely chopped green onions and pineapple cubes from the compote
I left it for a minute (mixing & acircnd & icircntr in one), then I put half of the pineapple compote juice. After stirring for another minute, I added the soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. I left for another minute. It turned out like this:
PS: This meal also had a sauce, very simple and strange, but it turned out excellent. I'll tell you his story in the next few days
- pineapple - 3 rings
- nuts (peeled) - 100 grams
- eggs - 3 pieces
- butter - 150 grams
- flour - 1 glass
- sugar - 0.5 cups
- baking powder - 0.5 sachets
- coconut flakes - 3–4 tablespoons
- powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.
Pineapple muffins. Step by step recipe
- Mix the flour with the baking powder and sugar. This will help distribute the ingredients evenly throughout the dough.
- Then add the eggs and mix well.
- Remove the butter from the fridge beforehand to soften. Under no circumstances should you defrost it in a microwave or on a stove.
- Add in the flour with eggs and mix until smooth.
- Grind the walnuts into small pieces. Put in the dough and mix. The dough must be semi-liquid.
- For baking, we use special muffin tins. Most often baked in small portioned shapes. If you use silicone molds, their lubrication is optional. But if you use metal, it is better to grease with butter and sprinkle with semolina. Also, together with metal boxes, I recommend using paper cups for baking muffins. Then you do not have to lubricate them.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance.
- Pour the dough into molds for 2/3. Otherwise, when baking, it rises and pours out of the form.
- Cut the pineapple into small pieces and spread over the cupcakes. Sprinkle with coconut.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
