Este un amestec congelat, de la Orogel, pe care il luam de la Legumele sunt gata condimentate, le putem pregati la cuptor sau in friteusa cu aer cald si pot fi o garnitura minunata sau un fel principal. Ce contine amestecul folosit? Cartofi la gril 55%, anghinare felii 37%, ulei de semințe de floarea soarelui, ulei de măsline extravirgin, sare, rozmarin, usturoi. Legumele sunt in pachet de 1 kg, suficient pentru intreaga familie. Pana si Luca s-a indragostit de anghinare! Mix-ul contine miez de anghinare, care este dulce si delicios, merge pefect cu sosul alb!

Intr-o tigaie mare se pune putin ulei si se caleste ceapa tocata marunt, usturoiul zdrobit si frunza de dafin, timp de 3 minute. Se adauga pasta de rosii si se tine la foc mediu timp de 4 minute amestecand constant. Se adauga carnatii taiati feliute sau jumatati de feliute si kaizerul si se tine 2 minute amestecand ocazional. Se adauga si mazarea si se arunca frunza de dafin.

Se pune intr-un vas pentru cuptor si se fac 4 adancituri unde vom pune ouale. Se tine la cuptor 15 minute pana cand albusul s-a inchegat, dar galbenusul este inca moale.

Oua condimentate la cuptor cu rosii si carnati

Soteaza ceapa in uleiul incins, timp de 5 minute, pana cand se inmoaie. Adauga usturoiul si mai gateste 2 minute. Scoate-le intr-un bol si prajeste in aceeasi tigaie carnea de la carnati pana cand se rumeneste.

Indeparteaza grasimea in exces si pune inapoi in tigaie ceapa si usturoiul sotate.

Adauga rosiile scurse din conserva tocate, paprika si sare. Gateste timp de 2 minute.

Unge cu putin ulei 8 vase din ceramica pentru copt. Imparte amestecul de carne si rosiii intre ele si sparge in fiecare din vase cate un ou.

Coace timp de 12-15 minute, pana gand albusurile sunt inchegate, dar galbenusul este inca moale.
Serveste imediat decorat cu coriandru tocat, langa felii de paine prajita.

Mâncare de mazăre cu carne de porc, pui sau vită. Rețeta de mâncare de mazare verde proaspătă, congelată sau din conservă. O rețetă ardelenească de mâncare de carne cu mazăre verde și sos. Papricaș de carne cu mazăre și găluște de făină. Cum se face mâncarea de mazăre ca la bunica?

Fac des mâncare de mazăre cu carne, atât vara (cu mazare verde proaspătă) cât și iarna, cu cea congelată. Nu prea folosesc mazăre din conservă decât la salata de boeuf (vezi aici rețeta cu vită). Nu-mi place culoarea ei spălăcită iar gustul ei specific nu mi se potrivește cu mâncărurile gătite. Ea este deja fiartă și ar însemna să o răsfierb.

Această rețetă de mâncare de mazăre cu carne este una veche, de la bunica mea. Ea o făcea când cu carne de porc, când cu pui sau vită (vițel). Bineînțeles ca timpii de gătire diferă în funcție de tipul de carne, restul pașilor rețetei rămânând aceiași. In bunul stil ardelenesc sau bănățean, la genul acesta de mâncare cu sos facem adesea găluște mici de făină, exact ca la papricaș. Puteți asocia acest fel și cu piure de cartofi, cartofi natur, paste simple sau orez fiert dar și cu felii de pâine proaspătă.

Și condimentele folosite la mâncare de mazăre cu carne sunt asemănătoare cu cele ale papricașului de pui: sare, piper și boia dulce (paprika). La noi în familie nu se pune suc de roșii sau bulion la această mâncare însă nu vă împiedică nimeni să o faceți. Chiar nu simt nevoie de ceva acru în acest context dulceag, extrem de plăcut.

În schimb, ceva aciditate vine la final din smântâna cu care se servește acest fel clasic. Și să nu uit de prospețimea finală dată de mărarul verde tocat cu care presar această mâncare. Dreamlike!
