For starters, we prepare the yeast mayonnaise, honey, a tablespoon of flour and warm milk to cover the yeast. Let the mayonnaise rise until it comes out of the cup in which I put it. We put the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the middle. Pour the mayonnaise into the hole, mix with the flour, then add the warm milk. Incorporate beaten eggs, salt, olive oil, and finally grated cheese.

Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes, until it becomes soft and elastic, but it also comes off the walls of the bowl. We put it in a bowl and let it rise for 45-60 minutes in a warm place.

When the dough has risen enough, divide it into 2 parts. We model on the work table lined with flour a wreath that we will decorate with a few braids of dough. In the middle of the cornice we put dough like a ball. Grease everything with a beaten egg yolk with 2-3 tablespoons of milk. You can sprinkle sesame or poppy seeds. Put the bread on baking paper and let it rise for another 20 minutes.

Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes. After removing it from the oven, grease it with olive oil. Let the bread cool on a wire rack, then cover it with a towel.

Good appetite!
